Keller Williams associates are stepping away from their businesses for one day on Thursday, May 8, 2014 and helping out those in need. Each year, associates with the Keller Williams Memphis choose to take time to "Give Where They Live" as part of Keller Williams RED Day. RED Day, which stands for renew, energize, and donate is an opportunity to have an impact on the community.



As part of the renew, energize, and donate effort, Keller Williams Memphis will be embracing the Collierville Animal Shelter. The Collierville Animal Shelter is an animal care and control agency that assumes a unique role in the community by promoting, motivating, and enforcing responsible pet ownership. Animal Services takes in about 1600 stray, abandoned, misplaced and unwanted animals each year. It spays/neuters every animal adopted. It investigates animal cruelty and abuse, and enforces animal control laws in Collierville. It provides a comprehensive pet adoption service and has an approximately 80% adoption rate.

"This year, we are embracing the Collierville Animal Shelter in an effort to increase adoptions and gain adoption awareness which will include a volunteer event at the animal shelter and a local supply drive," said Allison Pierce, a Keller Williams Memphis RED Day coordinator.

Keller Williams associates will be at the Collierville Animal Shelter from 12-4, as well as Hollywood Feed and Walmart in Collierville and conducting supply drives.

Collierville Resident Cindy Ward Hosts High Level Training Event for Real Estate Agents Nationwide

MEMPHIS, TN July 16, 2013 – Keller Williams Realty in Germantown, Tennessee announced that, under the guidance and supervision of Team Leader Cindy Ward, it successfully hosted an all-day seminar at The Great Hall and Conference Center in Germantown on July 10th to bring together real estate agents and small business owners nationwide to learn about social media, online presence, and dominating search engines. 

More than fifty real estate agents attended the seminar last week, including agents from Chattanooga, Tennessee and St. Louis, Missouri. The host Cindy Ward and instructors Lori and Richard Ballen, along with Christy Stokes with First American, Laura Hollis with Supreme Lending, Chelsea Banks with Cutco Closing Gifts, and Wendy Thompson with Patriot Bank made the event a complete success for everyone in attendance.

My friend and I ate at Huey’s in Collierville, TN last night. Huey’s has always been one of my favorite places to catch up with friends. The low lighting and friendly staff makes a great laid back atmosphere. Upon entering, you are able to choose where you would like to sit. Even though it was busy, I was able to find a booth without waiting. Our server attended to us almost immediately and delivered prompt and friendly service. My guest and I split cheese fries, which were plenty for both of us. Huey’s has some of the best cheese fries in the entire Memphis Area and they were delicious as always. The steak fries are covered with cheese, sprinkled with bacon and chives, and served with sides of ketchup and ranch. The walls are covered with writings of past customers and the ceiling is lined with toothpicks.

They offer a wide variety of American food items at a low price range. The amount of food you get for prices not much higher than fast food makes Huey's a great value. I will definitely be back.
